Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In case the product does not fit you/or you do not like it, you can exchange the same within 15 days for a different style or a credit note.
To start a return, you can contact us at info.xupxup@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- No exchange on Sale items add
- Size related issues after wearing the product
- No returns without the original packaging material (box, bag, shoe bag, barcode)
- Returns post 15 days
- Wear & Tear damage
- In footwear we are only offering exchange (if size issue / manufacturing defect), No cash refund.
- In Bags there is no exchange & return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit note within 15 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code.
- We cannot refund in case of delays in delivery of your order
How to use Credit Note:
- Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page
- On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
- The discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your discount amount given

Cancellation Policy
Xupxup.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
